Graduation Clearance Announcement for Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs – November 2026

This is to inform all students of the Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, that the graduation clearance process (Yudisium) for November 2026 is scheduled to take place on Monday, November 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB). The deadline for submitting the required graduation clearance documents to the Faculty is Wednesday, November 25, 2026.

In addition to submitting the required documents, students are also required to complete the online registration through https://simaster.ugm.ac.id using their respective Single Sign-On (SSO) accounts.

For Undergraduate Program students, the required graduation clearance documents must be submitted through the Simaster-Persuratan Graduation Clearance System.
