Student Affairs
Academic guidance, student life,
and support in one place.
Student Affairs at FMIPA UGM supports students from the first week of lectures to graduation through academic
schedules, lecturer information, forms, procedures, accreditation records, curriculum references, student
organizations, activities, scholarships, and consultation services.
The information is arranged for daily student needs while showing the academic community, organizations, and
support system that shape student life at the faculty.

Academic information
Academic information connects students with schedules, lecturer profiles, program references, and policy documents. The section supports quick decisions at the beginning, middle, and end of each semester.
Clear references for every semester.
Course planning becomes easier when calendars, curriculum documents, faculty policies, and lecturer profiles are placed near each other. Students can move from checking dates to finding academic contacts without losing context.
ACADEMIC CALENDAR
Semester agenda and key academic
notices
The academic calendar area collects semester agendas,
registration information, KRS announcements, and related
academic updates. It gives students a practical reference for
lectures, administrative deadlines, and semester planning.

Faculty profiles are organized by Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science and Electronics. They help students identify advisors, supervisors, research interests, and collaboration contacts.

Students usually arrive with one of three needs: planning a semester, preparing an academic request, or looking
for community and support. These entry points make the information easier to scan before entering the detailed
sections.
