Faculty Senate
Guides, regulates, supervises, develops, evaluates, and gives recommendations for faculty-level policy.
Dean
Leads the faculty as an academic implementing unit and coordinates strategic academic development.

FACULTY SENATE
The highest normative body within the faculty
The Faculty Senate consists of full professors, the Dean, Vice Deans, department chairs, and faculty representatives from each department. It formulates fundamental policies at faculty level and supports faculty leadership through guidance, regulation, oversight, development, evaluation, and recommendations.
Deliberation and oversight
The Senate connects academic judgment with institutional policy. Its role strengthens accountable governance while ensuring that faculty development is aligned with academic values and the needs of the university community.
The Senate is led by a Chairperson and supported by a Secretary selected from among Senate members.
Policy formulation
Formulates fundamental policies at the faculty level.
Guidance and regulation
Provides direction and normative guidance to faculty leadership..
Oversight and evaluation
Supports institutional development through monitoring, evaluation, and recommendations.
