Notification of October 2026 Graduation Clearance (Yudisium) for Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs

This is to inform students of the Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, that the October 2026 Graduation Clearance (Yudisium) is scheduled to take place on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Western Indonesia Time (WIB).

Students are required to submit all required documents for the graduation clearance to the Faculty no later than Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

In addition to submitting the required documents, students are also required to register online through https://simaster.ugm.ac.id using their respective Single Sign-On (SSO) accounts.

For Undergraduate Program students, the required graduation clearance documents must be submitted through the Simaster-Persuratan Graduation Clearance System.
