Notice to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Gadjah Mada University, that the graduation ceremonies for July 2023 are scheduled as follows:
1. Monday, July 24, 2023, at 13:00 WIB (deadline for the submission of graduation requirements from the study program to the faculty: Tuesday, July 18, 2023):
– Bachelor’s program: for August 2023 graduation
2. Monday, July 31, 2023, at 13:00 WIB (deadline for the submission of graduation requirements from the study program to the faculty: Wednesday, July 26, 2023):
– Bachelor’s program:
• Final study period for students of the bachelor’s program, batch 2016 and earlier
• for students of the bachelor’s program, batch 2017 and onwards
– Master’s program:
• Final study period for students of the master’s program, batch 2019 and earlier
• for students of the master’s program, batch 2020 and onwards
– Doctoral program:
• Final study period for students of the doctoral program, batch 2016 and earlier
• for students of the doctoral program, batch 2017 and onwards
– for registration-free Semester Gasal (Odd Semester) Academic Year 2023/2024 (all programs).
In addition to submitting the graduation documents, students are also required to register online through the website https://simaster.ugm.ac.id using their respective SSO accounts.
