PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia Holds Global Campus Recruitment, FMIPA UGM Supports Career Opportunities for Students and Fresh Graduates

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), welcomed a visit from PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia as part of its Global Campus Recruitment initiative to introduce the company’s Management Trainee program. The event was held on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the RMJT Soehakso Auditorium and was attended by FMIPA UGM students and fresh graduates.

The event began with the presentation of a token of appreciation and a commemorative gift from PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia to FMIPA UGM, represented by Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Nurul Hidayat Aprilita, M.Si. The company’s representatives then introduced the company’s profile through a video presentation, providing participants with an overview of the organization.

During the presentation, representatives of PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia explained that the Global Campus Recruitment initiative was driven by the company’s need for outstanding talent to support its growth and development. The company recognizes universities as an important source of potential talent. Through the Management Trainee program, the initiative aims to develop top talent who are expected to become future leaders.

The Global Campus Recruitment event concluded with a question-and-answer session and an interactive quiz involving the participants. Through this event with PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia, FMIPA UGM contributed to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, Quality Education, and SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering collaboration with industry to support students’ future career opportunities.
