e. Academic transcript (in English)

f. Surat pencalonan dari Dekan yang ditujukan kepada Direktur Kemitraan, Alumni, dan Urusan Internasional

g. English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL 550, Computer-based TOEFL 213, TOEFL IBT 80, or IELTS 6.0 (taken within 2 years) (TOEFL  Prediction will not be accepted)

h. Copy of passport

i. Letter of Recommendation

j. Motivation letter

All documents must be submitted to Office of International Affairs UGM F13 no later than February, 27th 2015.
