🗓 Intake Periods for 2026 Admissions
The International Undergraduate Program (IUP) at FMIPA UGM opens admissions for three intakes throughout the year.
Intake 1:
- Application : January 20 – February 19, 2026
- Admission Test (Offline) : March 5 – 7, 2026
- Announcement : March 12, 2026
Intake 2:
- Application : April 1 – 28, 2026
- Admission Test (Online) : May 7 – 9, 2026
- Announcement : May 13, 2026

📋 Selection Process
The admission process for IUP FMIPA UGM spans two days, focusing on English proficiency, academic aptitude, and an interview session.
Day 1: Tests
- English Proficiency Test (AcEPT):
- This test evaluates the English language proficiency of applicants to ensure they meet the language requirements for academic programs at UGM.
- Gadjah Mada Scholastic Test (GMST):
- A standardized test administered by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) to assess the academic aptitude of prospective students.
- Mathematics Test:
- Required for applicants to Industrial Mathematics and Statistics and Data Science programs.
Day 2: Interview
- Shortlisted candidates who pass the tests are invited for an interview session to further assess their motivation, goals, and academic potential.
💵 Registration Fee
The registration fee for admission to IUP FMIPA UGM is:
- IDR 1,500,000
🎓 Tuition Fees & Scholarships
Tuition Fee:
- Range from IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 25,000,000 per semester (for Indonesian students)
- Range from IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 25,000,000 per semester and Institutional Development Fee (only in the 1st Semester) IDR 50.000.000 (for non-Indonesian students)
- No additional costs are incurred.
Scholarship Opportunities
Scholarships are available to support students, both international and Indonesian, based on merit or financial need.

Offered by external organizations and partners. - INTENSE Program:
Full scholarships are available for studying in Taiwan under the Industrial Talents Education Special Program.
